EXPERT SKI TRAINING

I found visualisation over a long period of time to be pivotal in my training of skiing. This high performance short turn is slowed down to 50% for easy visualisation of the movements in each part of the turn. The run this is filmed on is a steep black run with reasonably firm snow.
